Pricing Plans

1) All new patients will have an initial consultation to discuss health history, current medications, and symptoms. 

From there, a plan for evaluation will be developed which typically includes blood work. Sometimes may also include urinary or saliva testing for hormones. All testing is at a separate cost to the patient.

Once results are available, patient will have a follow up visit to discuss results and plan going forward. 

2) Continued care after initial consultation will include a membership model based plan. This means there is a monthly fee depending on services provided which includes open communication with provider and staff, interpretation of any labs completed, and office visits for no additional fees.
