Every patient starts with an initial consult that includes a one-hour visit to review your health history and create a personalized plan, followed by a second visit once lab results are back, so we can dive deeper and adjust your plan as needed.

Lab work
You’ll complete labs to get a clear picture of your health, either through your local lab (often insurance-covered) or cash-pay options with our mobile phlebotomist. We also offer convenient at-home specialty labs.

At your first visit, we’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, and goals. From there, we’ll design a tailored plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, or further studies.
Pricing & Continued Care
Insurance & Payment Options
We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Labs can be billed through your insurance, or paid with an HSA card if you prefer.
All new patients begin with an initial consultation to review health history, current medications, and symptoms. From there, we’ll create a personalized evaluation plan, which may include blood work or additional hormone testing (urine or saliva).
Once results are back, we’ll meet for a follow-up visit to go over findings and map out your next steps.
Ongoing care is offered through a membership model, with a monthly fee based on the services you need. This includes direct communication with your provider and care team, interpretation of lab results, and office visits - without added costs.
The initial consult is $250.
Monthly membership packages start at $150/month.
*Unfortunately we cannot charge cash to patients with Medicare/Medicaid insurance unless it is a noncovered service. Please contact your insurance for more information regarding this.***
